We stand behind the quality of every Koppy product. If you experience a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we’re here to help.

Warranty Coverage

  • Covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use for 12 months.
  • Warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or scratches.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or use outside the product instructions.
  • Consumable items or accessories unless otherwise stated.

How to Make a Warranty Claim?

  • Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Provide photos or videos showing the defect, if requested.
  • Our team will review your claim and may provide troubleshooting steps.
  • If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution at our discretion.

Additional Information

  • The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Koppy.
  • Replacement products or repaired items will continue under the remainder of the original warranty period or any minimum period required by law.
  • Koppy reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim and to reject claims that do not meet the warranty terms.
