1) Is this a manual espresso maker?
 No, this is fully automated espresso machine.

2) Can i use any coffee capsules to brew my espresso?
 Koppy Alpha supports 90% of coffee capsules brands, as long it fits the dimension of compatible capsules.

3) Does it supports extracting espresso using ground coffees?
 Koppy Alpha comes with ground coffee holder which is able to hold ~8.5g of ground coffee

4) How do I control the extraction flow and time?
 Unfortunately the extraction flow and time cannot be adjusted according to preference. It has been pre-set optimizing the extraction for coffee capsules.

5) How long does the battery lasts?
 One full charge could support 5 cycles of heat-and-brew operation OR at least 50 times for brew only cycle.

6)What is Koppy Alpha made up of?
 Water container is made up of food grade stainless steel, while the cup is made up of food grade P/E.

7) How long do I have to wait for my order?
